Deniz Kose
Director
With more than 25 years' experience in the construction industry, Deniz brings a depth and breadth of expertise that spans the full lifecycle of a project. He completed a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics at the University of Canberra in 2002, and in that same year founded Tri-Delt Constructions. The business grew steadily over the following years, evolving into Quay Building Group (Tri-Delt Pty Ltd) in 2010 and, more recently, into BZT.
Across his 25-plus year career, Deniz has built significant and wide-ranging experience, not only as a builder, but across a diverse set of roles including developer, site manager, contracts manager, quantity surveyor and OH&S Manager. This versatility has given him a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the construction process, from initial feasibility and procurement through to on-site delivery, safety management and project handover.
Deniz has managed hundreds of projects throughout the ACT, NSW and QLD, encompassing both residential and commercial developments ranging in value from $1 million to $72 million. His commercial experience covers both new-build and refurbishment projects, several of which have been recognised as finalists in the prestigious Master Builders Association (MBA) awards.
Morgan Hook
Director
With more than 24 years' experience in the construction industry, Morgan brings a depth and breadth of expertise developed across some of the sector's major contracting companies. He completed a Bachelor of Construction Management at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2004, and went on to earn a Master's in Project Management at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2016. During this time he has worked with a range of leading contractors on a diverse portfolio of projects.
Throughout his 24-plus year career, Morgan has built significant and wide-ranging experience, not only as a builder, but across a diverse set of roles including Contract Administrator, Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer and Design Manager, through to Client-Side Senior Project Manager. This progression has given him a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from both the contractor and client perspectives.
Morgan has delivered a diverse range of commercial new-build and refurbishment projects throughout QLD, varying in value from $1 million to more than $100 million.
